Guest Relation Executive

Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) / Hostess

We are looking for a warm, presentable, and well-spoken Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they experience our signature hospitality from the moment they walk in.

• Key Responsibilities:Warm Welcome: Greet and welcome guests with a smile, and guide them to their tables.
• Reservation Management: Handle table bookings, guest seating arrangements, and manage waiting lines efficiently during peak hours.
• Guest Delight: Assist guests with their queries and coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Feedback Collection: Take guest feedback professionally to help us maintain our high service standards.

• Requirements:
• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Hotel Management/Hospitality diploma is a plus).
• Experience: 1–3 years in Hospitality, Fine Dining Restaurant. (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome!)
• Skills: * Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Pleasing personality, well-groomed, and confident.
• Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
