Job Description

1. Job Role: Team Leader (TL)

Salary: ₹26,000 (max in hand) + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6month to 1 years

Team Size: 12 members

Target: 110 SB + 100 visits

Incentive: Up to ₹12,000 based on targets

Main Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Merchant Executives
• Assign daily market areas and sales targets
• Track merchant on boarding and activation
• Train team members on QR/Sound box sales
• Ensure field visits and productivity
• Help team close difficult merchant deals
• Report daily performance to managers

Skills Needed

• Team handling
• Field sales experience
• Communication and negotiation
• Knowledge of fintech/payment apps
• Target-oriented mindset

2. Job Role: Merchant Executive (ME)

Salary: ₹16,000 (max in hand) + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Fintech preferred)

Target: 18 SB (likely sound box activations)

Incentive: No incentive cap

Main Responsibilities

• Visit shops, retailers, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.
• Convince merchants to install Airtel Payment Bank Sound Box/QR
• Explain benefits of digital payments
• Complete merchant KYC and onboarding
• Activate merchant accounts
• Maintain relationships with shop owners
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
