Electrical Project Engineer

Virgo’s International is a premier supplier and trader of advanced electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. From residential 3.3 kW / 7.4 kW AC chargers to high-capacity commercial 60 kW+ CCS2 DC fast-charging stations, we partner with top-tier brands (including Charzeup and Tata Power EZ) to deliver robust, reliable power solutions. As we expand our footprint across the region, we are hiring a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage our installation pipelines.

Role Overview

As the Project Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between our supply warehouse, our distribution clients, on-site electrical contractors, and local utility DISCOMs (like JVVNL). You will ensure that every charger sold by Virgo’s International is dispatched, installed safely, commissioned perfectly, and handed over to the client with zero friction.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the lifecycle of EV charger installations from initial request and site survey to final power-on and software testing.

Site Feasibility & Load Assessment: Evaluate site readiness—checking load capacity, required cable distances, distribution board (DB) availability, and determining single-phase vs. three-phase needs.

Liaison with Authorities: Assist clients and contractors with local DISCOM load-enhancement approvals or specific grid connectivity requirements.

Vendor & Electrician Management: Supervise certified local electricians and civil contractors, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols (correct earthing, RCBO/MCB safety integrations).

Inventory Tracking: Coordinate with our stock team to ensure chargers, mounting pillars, and electrical accessories are dispatched to the job site on time.

Client Handover: Train the end-consumer or site manager on basic charger operations, LED indicators, and connected app functionalities
