Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven, creative, and data-minded Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online student acquisition and brand awareness strategies. You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to engage prospective MCA aspirants, build our online community, promote our specialized batches, and showcase our academic achievements (seminars, university MOUs, and campus placement records).
- Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy & Community ManagementPlan, create, and manage day-to-day content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram).
- Engage with the student community by answering queries regarding MCA entrance exams, syllabus updates, and batch timelines.
- Produce engaging informational content, such as exam strategy highlights, IT pioneer facts, and placement success stories to boost engagement.
- 2. Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation (Performance Marketing)Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) targeting prospective students.
- Run focused lead-generation campaigns for upcoming batches, crash courses, and mock test series.
- Monitor daily ad spend, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL), and perform A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to maximize ROI.
- 3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website ContentConduct keyword research specific to the MCA entrance domain (e.g., "NIMCET preparation," "PU MCA syllabus").
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the web development and design teams to enhance user experience on the main website and placement portal.
- 4. Content Marketing & Email/WhatsApp OutreachWrite compelling, conversion-oriented copy for newsletters, promotional emails, and broadcast messages (WhatsApp/Telegram).
- Segment student databases to send targeted updates about admission deadlines, mock test results, and institutional announcements.
- Work alongside graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality banners, reels, and informational videos.
- 5. Corporate & Institutional Branding SupportDevelop digital collateral and presentation highlights to promote Infomaths’ campus placement success and university MOU signings.
- Promote institutional events, such as specialized IT/non-IT internship seminars and university onboarding announcements.
- 6. Analytics & ReportingTrack and evaluate web traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting lead generation volume, traffic growth, and conversion rates for the management team.
- Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (Experience in the EdTech or coaching institute sector is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and web analytics tracking.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and CRM software.
