• Data Input & Digitization: Transferring information from paper records, PDFs, or audio recordings into digital databases, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Docs), or software applications.
• Quality Assurance & Verification: Reviewing source documents prior to input and cross-checking entries for spelling, numerical errors, or missing information.
• Database Maintenance: Sorting, categorizing, and updating existing records to ensure company systems remain organized and easily searchable.
• Report Generation: Compiling, summarizing, and exporting data to generate specific reports for management or other internal departments.
• File Management: Scanning, printing, filing, and organizing physical and digital paperwork so source materials can be readily retrieved when needed.
