Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Sector 7, Chandigarh
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and feedback.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update feedback details.
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Part time is also available - 6pm to 11 pm
