Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, engineers, and vendors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor labor productivity, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Provide regular project updates and coordinate requirements with management.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of construction schedules.

Requirements & Skills

• 7 to 8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage labor teams and multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute work according to technical drawings and site plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining site documentation and progress reports.
