Job Description
Right Recruitments is hiring – Client Relationship Manager (Life Insurance Sales) | Sector 34, Chandigarh | 4 Positions
Field sales experience from any sector is welcome – BFSI / Insurance sales candidates will get preference.
What the job actually is:
You will meet warm leads given daily by the tele-calling team of a leading life insurance company (bank phone-banking channel) and convert them into life insurance policies. No cold calling – 3 to 4 fixed customer meetings every day.
Key responsibilities:
• Meet 3–4 warm leads per day at customer's home / office
• Explain life insurance plans and close the sale
• Work with the tele-calling team to get maximum lead conversion
• Achieve monthly sales targets
What we are looking for:
• Graduate and above (any stream)
• Minimum 2 years field sales experience – Life Insurance sales experience strongly preferred
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Own two-wheeler
• Local Chandigarh tricity candidates preferred
Compensation:
• CTC Rs 4 – 5.5 Lakh per annum + attractive incentives
• Warm leads provided – high closing potential
