Job Title: Centre ManagerJob SummaryWe are looking for a Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a fitness centre while driving walk-ins, lead conversion, memberships and revenue growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the gym/fitness centre.
• Handle and convert online and offline leads into memberships.
• Attend and follow up with walk-in enquiries and prospective members.
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, packages and offers.
• Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
• Manage lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
• Coordinate with trainers and front-desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and basic escalations.
• Maintain daily sales, lead and conversion reports.
• Support local marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads.
• Candidate Profile2+ years of experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, retail or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and lead conversion.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Comfortable handling both online and offline enquiries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
• Ability to manage a team and centre operations.
