Hiring: Aviation Trainer/ Ground Staff Trainer

​We are looking for an experienced and a fresher Aviation Trainer to lead our integrated training program and prepare aspirants for the industry.

​Core Responsibilities:

• ​Training: Deliver modules on Aviation, Grooming, English, and Soft Skills.
• ​Mentorship: Provide interview prep and post-placement counseling.
• ​Coordination: Manage the training calendar and organize industry field trips.
• ​Collaboration: Connect with guest lecturers and support center projects.

​Candidate Profile:

​Proven experience in training or coaching.

​Strong knowledge of effective teaching techniques.

It's 5 day working job ( Saturday and Sunday off)
