Administrative Coordinator

Maintain production reports, MIS reports, and daily operational records.

Track raw material availability and monitor inventory levels.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for seamless operations.

Update production data and share regular reports with management.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and SOPs.

Escalate machine breakdowns and production-related issues to the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Coordinate production schedules and dispatch activities.

Maintain documentation related to production, quality, and inventory management.

Prepare production-related data, reports, and presentations for management review meetings.
