Visa Counselor – Job Description
🔹 Counsel clients for Study, Tourist, and Visitor Visas.
🔹 Assess profiles and guide applicants on suitable visa options.
🔹 Assist with documentation, application filing, and follow-ups.
🔹 Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
🔹 Stay updated with visa rules and immigration policies.
Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of visa processes
✔ Customer handling and counseling skills
✔ Experience in visa/immigration consultancy preferred
