Job Description
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads from various marketing sources.
- Client Consultation: Explain different visa types (study, work, PR, tourist) and outline the documentation required for countries like Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Appointment Scheduling: Gather basic client information, assess general eligibility, and book consultations with senior immigration counselors or case officers.
- Inbound Query Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries, addressing client questions regarding the visa process.
- Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and call outcomes in CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly targets for lead generation, consultation bookings, and client enrollments.
