Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Work Location: Global Business Park, 2nd Floor, Office No. 214, Opposite Metro, Zirakpur – 140603

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
• Explain products/services and generate leads
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow up with interested candidates/customers
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets
• Maintain a positive and professional communication style

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and engage customers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
