Outbound Calling Executive (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and confident Outbound Calling Executives to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing information about services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Follow up with potential clients as required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Previous calling, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Work Schedule:

• Night Shift
• Monday to Friday
• 9-hour shift
• Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
