Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining immigration services, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration services

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

Generate leads and maintain client database

Follow up with interested clients regularly

Schedule appointments for visa counsellors

Maintain daily call reports and performance records

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Punjabi

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software, CRM)

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Experience in telecalling or immigration industry preferred
