Telecaller : Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in study visas, visitor visas.
• Explain immigration services, visa categories, and eligibility criteria to clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments for visa counselors and immigration consultants.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding their visa application process.
• Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information about immigration programs.
• Coordinate with counselors to ensure smooth client handling.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Collect required basic information and documents from clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
