Job Description – Team Leader (E-Learning Platform)

Experience: 2+ Years in Team Handling, Sales, or EdTechAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors/Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, driving admissions, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors/executives.Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead management.Ensure team members achieve their assigned targets.Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.Handle escalations and support the team in closing admissions.Coordinate with management to improve team productivity and conversion rates.Maintain discipline, attendance, and work quality within the team.RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience in EdTech, E-Learning, or Education Sales preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
