Trainer / Sales Coach – Immigration & Overseas Education

Location: Office-Based

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Trainer / Sales Coach to join our Immigration and Overseas Education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and monitoring our sales staff, ensuring they have in-depth knowledge of our services, products, and overseas destinations.

The trainer will conduct regular batch-wise training sessions, evaluate employee performance, and help improve sales conversions through continuous learning and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor sales executives on company services and immigration programs.
• Conduct batch-wise classroom and practical training sessions.
• Closely monitor sales team performance and identify training needs.
• Develop and implement training modules, presentations, and assessments.
• Provide product knowledge and process training related to immigration and overseas education.
• Guide staff on client handling, counselling techniques, objection handling, and sales closing strategies.
• Evaluate trainees regularly and provide feedback for improvement.
• Work closely with management to improve team productivity and sales performance.
• Stay updated on immigration pathways, visa processes, and overseas opportunities.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of immigration and overseas education programs.
• Excellent understanding of countries such as Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage sales teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Experience in immigration, visa consulting, overseas education, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to create training materials and conduct performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Previous experience as a Trainer, Sales Coach, Team Leader, or Immigration Counsellor preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
