Store Manager - Raw Material & Packing Material

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to independently manage all store operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG stores, possess strong inventory management skills, and be capable of handling the store as a stand-alone position. Candidates must have working knowledge of MARG ERP and maintain accurate stock records while ensuring compliance with GMP and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage receipt, storage and issuance of raw and packaging materials.

Ensure proper inventory control using FIFO/FEFO principles.

Coordinate with QA/QC for material sampling, approval and release.

Maintain accurate inventory records in MARG & Excel.

Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.

Ensure proper storage, identification and segregation of approved, quarantined and rejected materials.

Coordinate with Purchase and Production for material planning and availability.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and GMP compliance.

Lead and supervise the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Support internal, customer and regulatory audits

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in any stream, Related field will be preferred.

5+ years of experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Cosmetic Manufacturing Industry.

Minimum 3 years' experience in managerialrole.

Good knowledge of GMP, GDP, FIFO, FEFO, inventory management and warehouse documentation.

Hands-on experience with MS Excel & MARG Software
