Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible

Store Manager to manage the overall operations of the retail store, lead the sales team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, inventory, sales, and management teams.
• Manage billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Prepare daily sales, stock, staff, and operational reports.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and sales standards are followed.
• Take responsibility for overall store performance and operational efficiency.
• Requirements2–4 years of experience in retail/store management preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good sales and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory, billing, and POS operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Professional attitude with strong discipline and punctuality.
