Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP BRIM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BRIM and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Subscription Billing, Convergent Invoicing, Revenue Recognition (RAR), and BRIM integrations within SaaS or subscription-based business environments.

This is a BRIM-first functional consulting role for professionals who can independently manage solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM (Mandatory)
• Deep understanding of subscription-based OTC processes
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA integrated with SAP BRIM

Expertise in:

• Subscription lifecycle management
• Billing plans
• Contract management
• Collections

Good-to-Have Skills:

• SAP RAR experience
• Exposure to ASC 606 revenue compliance
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based industries
• Global rollout or multi-entity implementation experience
• Agile project delivery experience
• Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently own BRIM functional decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to explain complex BRIM processes in business-friendly language
• Self-driven with strong attention to detail

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• SAP SD or SAP BRIM Certification is a plus

Background Verification (Mandatory):

• Selected candidates will undergo a complete Background Verification (BGV) process including:
• Verification of all previous employment history
• Aadhaar verification
• PAN verification
• Address physical verification

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end SAP BRIM functional design for:
• New Business
• Renewals
• Upsells
• Amendments
• Cancellations

Configure and support SAP BRIM modules including:

• SOM
• Tax
• Convergent Invoicing (CI)
• FI-CA

Work with SAP RAR for revenue recognition and ASC 606 compliance scenarios

Translate business requirements into BRIM functional designs and configurations

Lead:

• Unit Testing
• Integration Testing
• UAT
• Production Validation

Collaborate with technical teams on:

• SAP S/4HANA – BRIM integrations
• BRIM – EMS integrations

Perform defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and solutioning

Act as the BRIM Functional SME for business, finance, and engineering stakeholders
