Job Description – Sales Intern (Children Books Sales)

Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and result-oriented Sales Interns responsible for selling pre-primary children books (Age 3–6). This is a performance-based role where earnings depend on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Ekdant children books

- Generate sales via online/offline channels

- Approach parents, schools, and networks

- Achieve sales targets

- Maintain sales records and report progress

Sales Targets

Minimum Target: ₹3,000

Primary Target: ₹5,000

*Internship validity depends on achieving targets*

Compensation Structure

₹3,000 Sales: ₹1,000 stipend

₹5,000 Sales: ₹1,000 stipend + ₹500 incentive (Total ₹1,500)

₹10,000 Sales: ₹1,500 incentive

₹15,000 Sales: ₹2,500 incentive

Important Conditions

Internship = 1 month (even if completed early)
