Job Description

  • Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors or B2B clients, assess their design and plumbing needs, and recommend appropriate bathroom fixtures.
  • Product Expertise: Explain technical specifications such as faucet types, valve mechanisms, sanitaryware materials (vitreous china, brass, stainless steel), and finish grades.
  • Sales & Quotations: Prepare accurate price quotes, negotiate terms, manage orders via calls or messaging apps, and drive conversions to meet monthly targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build lasting ties with builders, contractors, plumbers, and interior designers for bulk or project sales.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail, showroom, or field sales experience in building materials, tiles, wooden industries or bath fittings.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with fluency in local languages and English.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and major market brands (such as Jaquar, Cera, Kohler, or Parryware).
  • Target Driven: Proactive mindset focused on lead generation, order closing, and maintaining daily sales records
