Lead Recruiter

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Experience: 3–6 years, preferably with strong BPO bulk-hiring experience

Role Objective:

Own and drive high-volume recruitment delivery for International BPO requirements across Mohali and Pune, with an initial target of supporting 100+ monthly joinings as the business ramps up.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end bulk recruitment for International BPO roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, walk-ins and other sourcing channels.
• Lead daily sourcing, screening, interview and joining targets.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
• Track candidate movement across stages.
• Identify joining/attrition risks and take corrective action.
• Drive candidate referrals to continuously strengthen the talent pool.
• Manage and monitor recruiter productivity as the delivery team expands.
• Coordinate with clients on requirements, interview schedules, feedback and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly recruitment MIS and provide actionable updates to management.
• Help design the recruitment strategy and manpower plan required to achieve 100+ monthly hiring requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in International BPO / Voice / Customer Support bulk hiring.
• Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment funnels.
• Experience handling targets and/or a small recruitment team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong follow-up, ownership and data/MIS discipline.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
