About the role:

We are seeking motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives to drive conversions through effective telecalling. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, present our services in a compelling manner, and guide them through the sales journey. The primary objective is to convert leads into customers, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth through consistent sales performance. 

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads provided by the company.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Nurture and follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email until successful conversion.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems and tracking tools.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey, from initial contact to final conversion.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM platforms, email communication, and data management.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a performance-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
