About the RoleZ Power Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a young, dynamic, and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, banking activities, remittances, compliance, and budgeting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Handle banking operations, remittances, and fund management.
• Negotiate banking facilities and financial terms.
• Manage client credit control and collections.
• Oversee payment processing and bank transactions.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports.
• Ensure financial compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
• Support business growth through financial insights.

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Banking, Remittances, Compliance, Budgeting, and Financial Management.
• Experience in bank negotiations and fund management.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
