Courier Manager

Key Responsibilities

D2C & Marketplace Operations

• Manage end-to-end D2C order processing and dispatch coordination.

• Oversee processing and tracking of orders from various online marketplaces.

• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure smooth order flow.

Audit & Compliance

• Perform detailed Invoice Audits for courier billing accuracy.

• Conduct Remittance Audits to verify payments against shipments.

• Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective actions through coordination with courier partners.

Courier Partner Management

• Manage and monitor courier Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Handle disputes related to billing, returns, delays, and service failures.

• Coordinate with courier partners to resolve escalations promptly.

Reporting & Operations Control

• Maintain accurate courier performance records and dashboards.

• Track courier costs, delivery trends, and operational efficiency.

• Submit weekly/monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and finance teams.

• Support process improvements to enhance delivery success and reduce operational issues.

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in courier operations, logistics coordination, or D2C order management.

• Experience in courier audits (invoice & remittance) and marketplace processing is mandatory.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

Skills

• Strong understanding of courier operations, SLAs, and dispute management.

• Knowledge of D2C and marketplace workflows.

• Excellent analytical and audit-related skills.

• Good communication and vendor management capabilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

• Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and high attention to detail.
