Role Overview
Rivotta India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for Government and Enterprise Sales. The candidate should possess strong business development, liaisoning, and client management skills, with the ability to generate
business from Government Departments, PSUs, Defence Organizations, Corporate Houses, and Enterprise Clients.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, tendering processes, and be
comfortable travelling across Punjab & Haryana for business development activities, client meetings, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Government & Enterprise Sales
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities from Government Departments, Ministries, PSUs, Defence
Organizations, Railways, Smart City Projects, Educational Institutions, Corporates, and Enterprise Clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations with key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with government officials and client representatives for approvals, follow-ups, and project discussions.
Liaisoning & Business Coordination
• Handle liaisoning activities with Government Departments and Enterprise Clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients for order conversion and project execution.
• Coordinate internally with technical, procurement, finance, and operations teams for seamless project delivery.
Tendering & GeM Operations
• Possess a basic understanding of the GeM Portal, e-Procurement systems, and tender participation processes.
• Identify suitable tender opportunities and coordinate documentation for bid submissions.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, compliance documents, technical specifications, and commercial proposals.
Travel & Client Management
• Travel across Punjab & Haryana for client meetings, site visits, project discussions, and business development activities.
• Manage assigned territories and client accounts independently.
• Be willing to travel and relocate, if required, based on business needs.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Sales, Enterprise Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business
Development.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Chandigarh.
• Basic knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace), tendering, and e-procurement processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent liaisoning and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab, Haryana and other parts of India.
• Flexibility to relocate as per company requirements.Preferred Industry Experience
