About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and fluent communicator to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for schools — calling prospects, building relationships, managing leads, onboarding new schools onto our platform, and providing early-stage support. This is a high-ownership role where you directly impact our school network growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling
Research and identify new schools (private, CBSE, ICSE, State Board) in target regions
Make outbound calls to school principals, directors, and administrators
Pitch our platform clearly and handle objections confidently
Update lead status in the CRM after every interaction
School Onboarding
Guide newly signed schools through the onboarding process
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth setup
Conduct initial walkthroughs and training sessions for school staff
CRM & Reporting
Add new prospects to the CRM with accurate details
Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all calls, follow-ups, and status changes
Share weekly progress reports with the manager
Initial Support
Handle basic queries from newly onboarded schools
Escalate technical issues to the support team promptly
Ensure schools feel supported in their first 30–60 days
