IT Support Executive

Job Summary:

Manage, troubleshoot, and repair LANs, WANs, workstations, Internet connections, and peripheral devices.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues

Support hardware engineering team

Provide technical support for hardware problems

Follow standard processes and procedures

Collaborate with other engineers

Design and install computer networks and cabling

Troubleshoot system failures and identify issues to improve efficiency

Inspect and fix LAN infrastructure problems

Test and configure software, and maintain hardware

Evaluate and enhance network performance

Guide co-workers on network and computer usage

Provide problem-solving assistance to users

Conduct security and quality control tests
