Manager - Trims STA
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Own STA deliverables for seat systems, canopy, and sub‑assemblies
- Ensure supplier process robustness and FTG readiness
- Support APQP and E‑PPAP deployment
- Drive issue resolution during trials, validation and ramp‑up
- Validate quality, comfort, fit and capacity readiness
- Coordinate with trims engineering, manufacturing and quality teams
- Ensure SOP‑ready seat delivery as per mature volumes
