Deputy Manager - PTD CDMM (Engine Parts)

1. Own program timeline from RFQ to SOP: build gate plan (proto/pilot/PPAP), track milestones, drive recovery actions for slippages.
2. Supplier onboarding: prepare RFQs, consolidate supplier responses, compile sourcing recommendation (without commercial negotiation).
3. Drive PO processing: raise PRs, secure approvals, release tooling & production POs; ensure supplier onboarding (vendor code, NDA, compliance).
4. Track tooling/capital execution: kickoff, DFM reviews, tool build, trials, FAT/buyoff, dispatch, commissioning; monitor readiness of gauges/fixtures/facilities.
5. Manage delivery to milestones: coordinate proto/pilot/PTR/PPAP part schedules; expedite logistics; resolve supply risks and plan recovery.
6. Coordinate cross‑functional deliverables: align Design/Manufacturing/SCM and work with STA for PPAP/PTR sign‑offs (STA owns quality/process/inspection).
7. Control engineering changes (ECR/ECO): assess timeline/PO/BOM impact, update documentation, implement changes and communicate to stakeholders.
8. Publish governance dashboards (MIS): report timeline, delivery status, tooling readiness, risks/escalations; lead weekly reviews.
