Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the safety .. o Analyze customer feedback and industry developments to help refine marketing strategies. 2. Campaign Development & Execution: o Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.) to promote Fire Protection & building material products. o Coordinate product launches and promotional events to increase customer engagement. 3. Content Creation & Management: o Develop content for digital platforms (website, social media, email newsletters, blogs, etc.) that highlights product features, benefits, and applications. o Work closely with design and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and content. 4. Brand Management: o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. o Enhance brand awareness by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and architects & interior designers. 5. Lead Generation & Sales Support: o Generate qualified leads through marketing efforts, including digital & social media, trade shows, and tele-calling. o Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies that convert leads into customers. 6. Event Planning & Execution: o Assist in organizing and attending industry trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to showcase our products and expand business opportunities. 7. Reporting & Analytics: o Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics and KPIs. o Utilize data insights to adjust and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact. 8. Collaborative Initiatives: o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. o Collaborate with external agencies or partners when necessary to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
