Billing Executive

A Billing Executive is responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.

Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and billing documents.

Maintain billing records and update customer account details.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams for billing requirements.

Resolve customer queries related to invoices and billing discrepancies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of billing records.

Support accounts receivable and reconciliation activities.
