SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – MEANINGFOOD COMPANY

📍 Location: Manufacturing Unit, Near Britannia Industries, Rampur, Palasbari, Kamrup Rural, Assam – 781132

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting including purchases, sales, receipts, payments and stock entries.
• Manage inventory records and conduct physical stock verification using Tally & Excel.
• Handle invoicing, documentation, banking and payment-related activities.
• Manage GST, TDS/TCS and other statutory compliances, including monthly GST reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with management/parties for timely collection.
• Prepare manufacturing cost analysis and reports.
• Maintain accounts and financial records accurately and ensure end-to-end accounting operations.

Candidate Profile: Prior

• accounting experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax and Banking.
• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent preferred.
• Punctual, dedicated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Should be capable of independently handling the complete accounts function.

Employment Details:

• 6 Days Working: Monday–Saturday
• Salary: Based on experience, skills and previous CTC.
• Company Laptop: Provided.
