Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ITI-certified Tool and Die Maker to manufacture, maintain, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures. The ideal candidate will ensure all tooling meets design specifications and supports production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and assemble precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T standards.

Operate conventional and CNC machine tools (milling, grinding, turning).

Perform precision measurements using micrometers, CMMs, and dial indicators.

Conduct tool maintenance, sharpening, and repairs.

Collaborate with production and design teams to optimize tool performance.

Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications:

ITI Certification in Tool and Die Maker trade required.

Experience in tool room operations, die making, or precision machining.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.

Knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment, and machining processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

Tool room / machine shop setting with exposure to noise and coolants.

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled ITI Turner to operate lathes and perform precision turning operations. The ideal candidate will produce components to exact specifications, ensuring high quality and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate center lathes and capstan lathes.

Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and tapering operations.

Interpret engineering drawings and ensure components meet specified tolerances.

Use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) for quality checks.

Grind and maintain cutting tools for optimal performance.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

ITI Certification in Turner Trade required.

Experience in lathe operations and precision machining.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.

Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate surface, cylindrical, and centreless grinding machines.

Select, dress, and maintain grinding wheels for various materials.

Interpret engineering drawings and achieve tight tolerances.

Measure components using micrometres, callipers, and dial indicators.

Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.

Follow safety protocols, including PPE use and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

ITI Certification in Machinist Grinder trade required.

Experience in precision grinding and knowledge of grinding wheels.
