Job SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Site Technician with basic knowledge of electrical work and AC systems. The candidate will work at project sites under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors and will assist in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other site-related technical activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior technicians in electrical installation and maintenance work at project sites.
- Perform basic electrical work such as cable laying, termination, connections, and checking of electrical equipment.
- Assist in installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of AC/HVAC systems.
- Use basic electrical tools and testing equipment safely.
- Identify basic electrical faults and report technical issues to the senior technician/supervisor.
- Support site teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor and other technicians for day-to-day work.
- Maintain basic records of work completed and materials used.
- Perform other technical/site-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Required Skills & QualificationsITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electrician / HVAC / Refrigeration is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, cables, switches, MCBs, DBs, and electrical tools.
- Basic understanding of AC/HVAC systems and their components.
- Ability to use basic electrical testing equipment such as a multimeter.
- Willingness to work at project sites and learn new technical skills.
- Basic understanding of workplace and electrical safety.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
