Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, generating business opportunities, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B and channel sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Provide excellent customer support and maintain long-term relationships

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of sales, lead handling, and client management
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
