Job Description
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all hospital or facility areas.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and assign daily responsibilities.
- Monitor cleaning standards in patient rooms, wards, corridors, offices, and washrooms.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and waste disposal.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Report maintenance issues and housekeeping requirements to management.
