FIELD SALES OFFICER – JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Location: Bilaspur | Raipur | Bhilai/Durg
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Work
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000+ per month

Job Role
Field Sales Officer ka main kaam naye E-Rickshaw aur Auto Drivers ko Rapido par onboard karna hoga. Candidate ko assigned area mein field visits karke drivers se contact karna, unhe onboarding process samjhana aur successful onboarding complete karwana hoga.
Key Responsibilities
- Naye E-Rickshaw aur Auto Drivers ko Rapido par onboard karna.
- Field mein jaakar naye drivers ke leads generate karna.
- Drivers ko onboarding process aur requirements samjhana.
- Interested drivers ka regular follow-up karna.
- Daily aur monthly onboarding targets achieve karna.
- Daily leads, follow-ups aur onboarding ka data maintain karna.
- EOD report timely submit karna.
- Supervisor aur Senior Team Members ke saath proper coordination maintain karna.
- Company policies aur professional work standards follow karna.
Daily Work Routine
- Morning team briefing aur daily target planning.
- Assigned area mein field visits.
- Auto/E-Rickshaw drivers se meeting aur lead generation.
- Interested drivers ka follow-up.
- Driver onboarding complete karna.
- Daily data update karna.
- EOD performance report supervisor ko submit karna.

- Valid Driving Licence
- Educational Certificate/Marksheet
- Bank Account Details
