Accountant – Job DescriptionJob Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, payments, and documentation for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payments entries.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and payment records.
• Maintain ledger, cash book and bank reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account statements.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Support the management/CA in audits and other accounting requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
