EHS Engineer (Boiler)

ROLE SUMMARY:

1. To work with Site/Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives.
2. To conduct regular site inspection & monitoring of various site/factory activities 
3. To coordinate /conduct internal / external safety audits / inspections
4. To coordinate with Site/Factory team and implement the EHS programs / initiatives.
5. To coordinate with Contractors Safety Marshals to implement the safety programs at site.
6. To assist on timely preparation and analysis of compilation of safety reports/statistics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Provide support to Site/Factory management for implementation of Safety requirements and prioritize Safety initiatives for successful delivery.
2. Conducting workplace inspections and safety audits
3. Identify key safety risks in the operations, and carry out risk assessments for the activities at sites
4. Identify and coordinate with different site/factory departments for safety related compliances
5. Carry out safety training and induction for staff/contractors.
