Job Description
We are seeking a Transport Manager for our rice mill, who will oversee all aspects of transportation operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include managing a fleet of vehicles, coordinating schedules, keeping details of weighment slip, maintenance of vehicle and optimising routes to maximise efficiency and keeping complete record of all the vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all transport staff. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to coordinate transportation needs and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management, with excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience in the agricultural or food industry is preferred.
