Job Description

Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Lighting Division


Location: Assigned Territory


Key Responsibilities:


Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.

Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure product availability and stock movement.

Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong channel relationships.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Implement sales strategies and promotional schemes.

Prepare sales reports and support timely collections.


Requirements:


1 years of sales experience, preferably in Lighting/Electrical products.

Strong dealer and distributor network management skills.

Good communication, negotiation, and market development abilities.


Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives.
