Marriage Duniya is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Relationship Advisor to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with matrimonial leads
- Explain Marriage Duniya membership plans and services
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Share profiles and matchmaking opportunities
- Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Convert interested leads into paid members
- Maintain customer records in CRM
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, or English
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Telecalling or sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
