Position: Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the company's products and services.

- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Explain product features, benefits, and offers while addressing customer queries professionally.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to maximise conversions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Update customer information, call logs, and sales activities accurately in the CRM or Excel.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and issue resolution.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or telecalling.

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.

- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet browsing.

- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Good time management and organisational skills.

- Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of Odia or any additional regional language will be an advantage.
