Studio Manager – Pepperfry Patia

Location: Pepperfry Studio, Patia, Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure showroom standards.
• Coordinate with customers for orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Lead and motivate the studio team while maintaining inventory and reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Experience in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail is preferred.

Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives.
