Job Description Apsara Trends is looking for a versatile and tech-savvy executive to take charge of our physical storefront and our growing digital presence. This hybrid role bridges offline retail, e-commerce management, digital marketing, and basic IT troubleshooting. Whether you are an experienced professional or a motivated fresher with a technical or business degree, you will be the core engine driving our omnichannel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Store Operations

·       Manage daily walk-in sales and customer relationships for women's ethnic, festive, and party wear at our Patia store.

·       Handle in-store billing, pricing models, and inventory management using Vyapar software and EAN-13 barcode systems.

·       Execute visual merchandising for attractive store layouts and manage local customer loyalty programs (CRM).

·       Ensure exact omnichannel inventory syncing between physical stock counts and online availability.

E-commerce & Technical Operations

·       Take complete ownership of apsaratrends.com, executing daily product catalog uploads and syncing stock.

·       Write and update SEO-optimized product descriptions to maximize search engine traffic.

·       Perform basic web troubleshooting (HTML, CSS) and coordinate with backend developers (React/Node.js/Laravel) on REST API and PostgreSQL database integrations.

·       Configure and troubleshoot in-store hardware, including POS systems, barcode scanners, and thermal printers.

·       Use web analytics (Google Analytics) to track online visitor behaviour and conversion rates.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

·       Manage Apsara Trends' social media pages (Instagram, Facebook) to build brand visibility.

·       Create and schedule promotional content, leveraging our established virtual model personas (Aanya and Tara) for brand consistency.

·       Set up and manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive targeted local and online traffic.

·       Manage WhatsApp Business automation, broadcast lists, and catalog integrations for customer retention and local outreach.
