Job Description
Maa Tarini Enterprises is looking for a responsible and organized Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests, coordinate with technicians, schedule service visits, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
The Service Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, technicians, and the management team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive and record customer service requests, complaints, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule installation, service, and maintenance visits.
• Assign and coordinate service jobs with technicians.
• Follow up with technicians regarding job progress and completion.
• Maintain proper records of customer complaints, service requests, and service status.
• Communicate service schedules and updates to customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth customer support.
• Track pending service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to collect feedback.
• Prepare daily and weekly service reports.
• Coordinate spare parts and other service requirements with the concerned team.
• Escalate major technical or customer issues to the service manager or management.
• Ensure proper documentation of all service activities.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good customer service and relationship management ability.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and technicians.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, operations, or a related field preferred.
